The Pool Season begins Saturday Memorial Day Weekend and Ends Sunday Labor Day Weekend.
Escape the Heat and Celebrate Summer at Lakeside Villas Pool!
Dive into summer fun at our sparkling pool, nestled beside the Circle Clubhouse. Whether you're a young adventurer or simply young at heart, our heated pool offers a refreshing oasis for all. Enjoy comfortable 84-degree water and depths ranging from 3 to 9 feet, perfect for wading, swimming, or playing. Rest assured, your safety is our priority – a lifeguard or pool attendant is always on duty during operating hours.
Open 7 Days a Week (Weather Permitting)
We're here for your aquatic enjoyment all week long, as long as Mother Nature cooperates. For your safety, the pool will be closed under the following conditions:

Want to make a splash after hours? Our pool is available for private rentals throughout the season.
Rental hours are as follows:

7:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)

7:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Friday and Saturday)

POOL RULES
No unit owner or their guest shall be permitted entry into the pool area if their unit account is not current.
Avoid refusal at the pool, please call Mperial's Billing & Assessment Assistance at
847-757-7171 ext. 814, before 2 PM Friday,
if you plan to visit the pool over the weekend, to ensure your account is up to date.
The Pool Rules are for everyone's safety and to ensure that everyone can enjoy the pool. Failure to comply may result in pool privilege suspension.
